The Story of Heiko Reinholz, Reinholz Coffee Roastery, Fulda

A passion for coffee is a central part of Heiko Reinholz’s life; his dedication to this beverage began long before he founded his own roastery. This passion has spread not only to his team but also to his family, and it is an indispensable part of their daily lives. Heiko Reinholz places great importance on personal relationships with everyone in his coffee network, whether they are customers, employees, business partners, or suppliers.

Heiko Reinholz’s team consists not only of nearly 30 employees at the roastery, but also of a group of coffee farmers in Mexico and South America whom he knows personally. He regularly visits the farms to assess both the quality of the coffee and the living and working conditions on site. These visits enable him to establish direct trade relationships based on fairness and direct payment, making the coffee trade a positive experience for everyone involved.
